Abstract

Thermo-acoustic tomography (TAT) is a hybrid method of imaging. It combines the high resolution of ultrasound imaging and high contrast of microwave imaging. In this talk, I will discuss some open and solved problems arising in TAT. Several results presented in this talk were obtained jointly with my collaborators, including Dr. Lyudmyla Barannyk at the University of Idaho.
