RELIOTYPE



RELIOTYPE is a program for assessing how reliable an observed multilocus genotype is and for directing further replication if it is not sufficiently reliable.  The program is based on the model developed in

INSTRUCTIONS

  • You will need to download and unzip the following compressed folder onto your computer.  The folder contains a word file with instructions on how to use the program,  as well as a several example data sets and an executable file.  You do not need any special software to run this program.
