The Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance at the University of Idaho offers an undergraduate degree program in Recreation, as well as an Outdoor Leadership Minor which offers a variety of outdoor activity courses.

Also offered is a Masters degree in Leadership in Physical Activity and Recreation.
