Psychology 475 - Professional Ethics in Addictions Counseling

Description: Overview of ethical issues and decision making related to addictions counseling; ethics related to harm reduction models and other issues.  Topics will include the counselor as a professional, values and helping relationship, client rights and counselor responsibilities, ethics and cultural sensitivity, plus professional competency training. 

Additional projects/assignments required for graduate credit.
