Surveying
The surveying competition is an annual event in which students are given multiple surveying tasks to complete. Competition events are selected by the school hosting the regional conference and examples of possible events include a level loop, traverse, pacing and taping, and total station work. Student teams are rated on accuracy, time, and note keeping.
