Module 12.1: Individual Activity

Apparently, groups are different from teams. Also, we have heard that effective teams are small in numbers with people who possess complimentary skills; in addition the members are committed to performance goals and hold themselves mutually accountable for accomplishing these goals.

Identify a specific collection of people that fits the definition of a team. Make a case that this collection of people is a team.

Next, describe the extent to which this team is effective or not. Explain why or why not.
