Module 7.1: Individual Activity

Refer back to the Store Manager position and the District Manager position at Starbucks in the previous module (Module 6.2 Activity)

1. Write a short Realistic Job Preview (RJP) for the Store Manager position, given the information described in the job announcement on the Starbucks site and the RJB discussion in the textbook.

2. Which TWO performance appraisal methods  would be best to use to measure the performance of a Store Manager? Explain why, given the information in the job announcement and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods you selected.
