Peer Coaching Workshop

This workshop explored the process of peer coaching, including an actual demonstration with a UI design class.  Peer coaching involves pre-class orientation, classroom observation, and post-class dialogue targeted to areas of special interest to the instructor.

bulletApplying peer coaching tools to structure observations and reporting from an actual peer coaching session.
bulletEstablishing a network of faculty from across campus who are interested in receiving and giving quality feedback to one another on classroom performance.
