Some things to think about in terms of persuasion:

Sometimes it easier to solve a problem yourself instead of persuading someone else to solve it.

Sometimes even when you are "in the right" others will not be persuaded.

Sometimes you -- not your audience -- are the one who is wrong.

If you find that you are frequently angry at many people who do not do things your way, chances are your anger, and not their behavior, is the problem.

When many people tell you that the problem is you, odds are they are right.
