1. In the last few decades, the concept of global pollution has been realized with several episodes of international impacts of point source pollution. How many examples can you think of where one country's mistake or misfortune, spilled across international borders?
2. Should there be an international approach to point sources of pollution that impact counties beyond the border of the source?
3. If modern environmental management limits the ability of a third world country to industrialize, should that country be allowed a higher level of environmental damage in order that they have the same opportunities that first world countries had during their historical, high pollution, development era?
