  1. Do commercially processed foods carry more risk from processing induced toxicants that home prepared foods? Cite three examples for comparison in your analysis.
  2. Which of the toxicants from food processing concern you the most when reflecting on your personal diet?
  3. In an animal trial, is it best to study the toxic activity of food processing toxicants in the food itself or as isolated compounds?
