Dr. Locke has developed four inventories based on the interpersonal circumplex: the Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal Values (CSIV), the Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal Efficacy (CSIE), the Circumplex Scales of Intergroup Goals (CSIG), and the Circumplex Culture/Team Scans (CCS/CTS).
