We study how environmental factors impact fish reproductive biology. Stressors come in many forms, reduced energy, contaminants, elevated temperature, and altered photoperiods to name a few that we are interested in. Studying how these factors modify reproduction in fishes provides us with a multitude of insights into the underlying biology. We employ a variety of techniques at the molecular, cellular, and whole animal levels to answer our research questions.
