Presentation Information and Instructions

A PC computer and LCD projector will be available in each room.  We will have an extra computer near the registration table so that you can check your presentation in advance.   

 MAC users should be aware that although Power Point presentations are supposed to be compatible with PCs, our tech people have told us that there are sometimes problems, so you might consider bringing your own MAC computer. 

 We have allotted 20 minutes per paper (about 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions).  Please keep to the allotted time to ensure that presenters who follow have sufficient time to present their papers.  Session chairs will make sure that presentations do not exceed the 20 minute limit.  If you will be using the computer, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session begins to load your presentation. 

For those presenting posters, we will provide poster boards on which you attach your poster with push pins.
