What is Empathy and its role in Servant Leadership?

Empathy is the ability to relate to, to become at one with, to appreciate, to understand and to love another.  This perspective is essential to being a servant leader.

This lesson has two different parts.  We wanted to leave you with some thoughts about the importance of empathy and then place that into perspective as you make your journey into and through Servant Leadership. What is needed to practicality apply servant leadership to your coaching?
