Registration
Registration fee for the two-day
conference is free, which includes lunch on Thursday and Friday,
September 21 and 22, morning and afternoon snacks. Housing accommodations are
the responsibility of participants (see General Information
below).

Please choose ONE workshop track to
attend. Each workshop group will meet
together on both Thursday afternoon and Friday for intensive
discussion and planning.

General Information
All conference sessions will be
held at the Idaho Commons in the center of the
University of Idaho
campus in Moscow, Idaho.

Accommodations are available off-campus at
either the Best Western University Inn in Moscow, Idaho, or in
Pullman, Washington, twelve miles west of Moscow. Conference
registrants are responsible for making their own reservations.
Space is limited. Housing is NOT included in the registration
fee for the conference.
Rooms on Friday evening, September 23, are at a
premium because of the weekend UI Homecoming activities. Therefore,
out-of-town participants planning on a Friday night stay will need to make reservations
at the Holiday Inn Express in Pullman (for either the last night or
for the entire stay). The
Pullman/Moscow Commuter Bus provides transportation to and from Pullman.

Moscow is located in the panhandle of Idaho, close to the
Washington border. The Spokane, Washington (GEG) airport is the closest major airport.
Regional airports in Pullman, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho, also
serve the area.

Parking on the UI campus is extremely limited. Local participants
are urged to walk, bike or use
Moscow Valley Transit. UI's Vandal Trolley (running on biodiesel
fuel) will make several
runs from the Best Western and around campus before and after the
conference.
The
Pullman/Moscow Commuter Bus is available for commuters going
back and forth from Pullman.
The University of Idaho strives to maintain a campus easily
accessible to those with disabilities. Vehicles displaying an
authorized disability access permit or license plate, issued by the
University, State/Local government, may park in any of the following
areas:
- any regular space in a colored lot,
- streets within the campus walkway area,
- spaces signed for "Handicap Parking Only",
- Timed Areas ("15/30 minute limit"),
- meters without paying the meters

Moscow's average high temperature in September is 73oF; the
average low is 43o. September is generally dry and we're
hoping for the best September ever!
