51st Utility Executive Course
Earns Award of Distinction from
Communicator Awards Video Competition

The 51st Utility
Executive Course DVD video received the Award of Distinction in the �Educational
Institutions/Other� category for non-broadcast video in the
2004 Communicator Awards Video Competition. The five minute
informational program was produced for the
Utility Executive Course at the
UI College of Business & Economics by
the ITS Video Production Center.
The program was conceived and written by Yvonne Sertich,
Executive Director for Executive Education Programs at the College
of Business and Economics. The VPC
team of Kevin Krause, Jake Cutshall, and Dave Tong provided the field
production, editing, and DVD authoring services. Doug Davidson narrated the
program.
The UEC DVD highlighted the 2004 session of the three-week
professional course based on the UI campus, which has trained more than 1,900
utility industry leaders from over 100 companies and 17 countries. The DVD was
distributed to each of the 2004 participants and is currently being used as a
promotional tool for the
Utility Executive
Course.
