Systematic Random Sampling

Systematic random sampling is often used as an approximation to simple random sampling.  In this chapter we will study how to estimate population means, totals, and proportions under systematic random sampling.  We will compare SysRS to SRS, discover when problems can arise, and look at possible ways to address those problems.
