For the second round of team sampling projects, prepare a short report including the following:

1) The names of all team members.

2) A description of your problem, including any definitions that you decided upon.

3) Use stratification or ratio estimation to address your question from the last team exercise.

4) Calculate a required sample size for your survey.  If using stratification, use optimum allocation (or Neyman allocation) to obtain stratum sample sizes.  Draw a new random sample for this exercise.

5) Include a copy of (at least some of) your data in your report, or email it to me.  Report your estimate and error bound, and compare the estimated variance from this approach to your estimated variance using SRS in the first team exercise. Present at least one graph of your data, such as a scatterplot or side-by-side boxplots, and comment on the graph(s).

6) Mention any insights that you had by conducting this exercise, and have all team members sign the report.

The team will hand in this report and also give a short presentation for class.
