General Location and Strategy: DA01 is in Tagus Cove, where there have been reports of submarine hot springs.

Field Notes: Site is south of the cove, just south of the cone containing Beagle Lake, where lava has lapped up against the cone.  The sit is just south of the SPNG hut.  Walk to the south end of the beach to the northern flow front of the lava, then east along the bas of the cone until the lava turns from aa to phh.
