FE10 was making measurements at a time when the reference station (FE01) was dead. Also, it cut out due to power loss. Total recording time was only 7:42 on 1/16. Its location is determined by fixing IGS stations AREQ and RIOP and processing as part of a network involving stations measured on 1/16, 1/17, and 1/18.
