General Location and Strategy: SN02 is meant to be half way to the summit.

Field Notes: Site is at the park boundary. A green sign, facing downhill, reads "Area de Parque Nacional Galapagos. Los Recursos Naturales de Galapagos", just uphill from the dump. Walk along the fence 25 m downhill from the sign. Look for a tree that has fencing nailed to it.  Turn east and go 18 m. Monument is rebar driven to refusal and is hidden under a cairn.
