Welcome.

     Here you'll find an overview of my teaching, scholarship and outreach in landscape architecture and planning (see links below).

     I'm interested in ecological engineering and green infrastructure, community revitalization, and Italian hill-towns. I love my involvement in study abroad programs in Italy and China.

    I have a new book that will be on the shelves in October 2016.

    I teach lecture courses and studios at graduate and undergraduate
levels.

 

Note that (at left) I have corrected the omission of landscape architecture from the name of the college. It appears to be an integrating, overarching and benevolent discipline (not to mention beautiful and drought tolerant).
