I have designed many residential landscapes. The first two images show the planting and spa area of a California residence.
he image below is of a deck which extends over a steep slope. Slumps and a
landslide diminished the level portion of the lot. An underground seep was
responsible for the slope instability. The slope was dewatered and partially
reconstructed. I designed a wood deck as the solution to the need for
recreation and
enterainment space. A spa is suspended from the wood deck.
I enjoy the detail associated with landscape architecture for residential clients. The next image is a detail of the visual texture created by the shadow pattern of the arbor on a bed of Blue Star creeper.
I've
done dozens of deck
designs
for residential clients. I like the pattern and delicacy of this one for
a Seattle client.
This is a light pilaster at
a residence. I
realize that the lamp is too small for the structure but that is what
happens when you write "Client to select fixture" on the detail.
