UPDATE (November 2008): I have fixed some incompatabilities between current versions of ape, ouch, and geiger, and uploaded a new version. This should be available (even for PC) soon!

I am the main author and maintainer of GEIGER, an R package for the comparative analysis of evolutionary radiations. The most current version of the software (1.2-14, as of Nov. 2008) can be downloaded from CRAN or installed from within R. The NESCent phyloinformatics group recently produced a HelpWiki that gives basic and advanced instructions for using R in comparative biology.
