The University of Idaho, Research Council in Moscow, USA was sponsoring a project to create the first electronic, up-to-date guide of significant collections in Polish university, research, and special libraries, entitled An Electronic Guide to Polish University and Research Libraries.
This bilingual guide is a sourcebook for identifying available information, and a timely guide about the university, research, and special library collections obtainable in Poland for research communities. This reference tool is available only electronically on the Internet through the University of Idaho World Wide Web sit.
The vast majority of the materials listed here are collected by questionnaires which were sent to all university, research, and special libraries in Poland. Any extra submissions, enhancements and corrections are always welcome.
