This website provides the details of the NWACC sponsored project “ Implementation of Digital Engineering Design Logbooks: Enabling Creative Collaboration and Enhancing the Scope of Instructor Assessment.”

The objective of this project is to develop a digital logbook system that effectively extends the instructional capabilities of design course instructors while enhancing the collaborative design process of participating students.

To accomplish this goal, the project team implemented the use of the SmartPen from Livescribe to enable the naturalistic capture and easy review of design process data.
