Exploring Career Pathways: Where to Begin

Often students have a good idea of the courses they want to take to prepare them for life after high school but many do not. Exploring Career Pathways via the completion of twenty-eight career majors representing six major career pathways offers all middle school students a chance to confirm present plans or open up new ones for the future.

To begin the process of exploring career pathways students have the option to complete the following survey questions. By calculating their percentages of "like/dislike" statements, the student can determine which group of "hands-on" activities is the most appropriate place to start their exploration.
