Steven E. Meier, Ph.D.

Steven E. Meier, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Psychology. His research interests include conducting needs assessments, program evaluation, plus HIV prevention and treatment. He is also interested in decision making and how ethanol impacts the decision-making process. Dr. Meier also teaches courses in Physiological Psychology, Sensation and Perception, Learning, Applied Behavior Analysis, Research Methods, and Introductory Psychology. He also teaches courses in Pharmacology of Psychoactive Drugs, Theories of Chemical Addiction, Introduction to STD's/HIV/AIDS and is CDC qualified to teach Client Centered Counseling and Behavioral Change (C-3).
