THE HUDSUCKER PROXY
by Joel Coen, Ethan Coen and Sam Raimi, directed by Robert C.T. Steele, University of Pittsburgh, 1999

The play deals the slick dark underbelly of the corporate world
and the issues of time - the cusp between past and present. A huge clock slides up and down
as the action moves from the basement mailroom to the executive boardroom
revealing the inner clockworks of the building. Use of closed circuit television,
video and slides define location and focus the action of the play.
