Asian Historical Architecture

http://www.orientalarchitecture.com/gateway.htm
An excellent website.  An exceptional resource for finding photographs of many buildings.  There is also a great deal of information on the architects and the stories surrounding the featured buildings.  The webmasters are also extremely helpful.
Asian Info

A good website for general cultural information.  However, in-depth research on architecture requires one of the more specific sources.
Kang, Min Soo
"Kyongbok Palace:  History, Controversy, and Geomancy," Manoa.  University of Hawaii Press: 11-2-99.

A fascinating article on the demolition of the Japanese-built Government-General Building/National Museum Building on August 15, 1995.  The discussion concerns the placement of the Government-General Building as it pertained to geomantic principles understood by the common Korean, but viewed through the eyes of a South Korean who had spent most of his life away from Korea.
Korean Institute of Architects
Korean Architects and Architecture
http://www.architectureasia.com/KOREA/architects/arick.htm
A very well organized website with a lot of different projects, both traditional and modern.  The search engine is organized according to building type which helps in finding specific buildings.  Most importantly, many of the buildings that are detailed have section drawings and plans.

Brief History of Korean Traditional Architecture

The full version of this text is apparently one of the authoritative sources on the history of Korean architecture: it is cited in nearly every modern resource that I’ve found.  Even though this is a brief form of the entire text (which is only available in Korean), the useful information is densely packed.  There are no photographs but after doing preliminary research this becomes extremely useful.
