Email using VandalWeb

You may email your entire class from the official course roster in VandalWeb. You will send the email through the email application of your choice.

  1. Login to VandalWeb
  2. Click on the Faculty & Advisor Menu
  3. Click on Term Selection to select the correct semester (Example: Spring 2011)
  4. Click on CRN Selection to select the course you want to access
  5. Click on Class List
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the list
  7. Press the Display Email List button
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the list again
  9. Select all the email addresses displayed there
  10. Press Ctrl + C to copy them
  11. Open the email client you prefer to use
  12. Paste Ctrl + V the addresses into the blind CC (BCC) field
  13. Prepare and send your email message as you normally would
