Goal oriented management and planning for forest nurseries: Interactive computer applications for effective use of forest resources.

Ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa) seedlings are now five weeks old. Primary needles are developing rapidly. Soon fertilization will be increased to 100-500 ppm N in order to promote rapid shoot growth. Fertilization and irrigation is required about twice per week.
