Through the ELE project we have gained considerable experience forming multi-disciplinary communities around well-defined teaching/learning practices. The purpose of this workshop is to examine lessons learned and identify general principles issues that can be used to strengthen ongoing and future efforts.
Workshop Themes:
Develop shared language and concepts about communities of practice based on the published literature on this subject. | |
Inventory common elements in different communities of practice surrounding teaching/learning. | |
Propose a methodology for advancing communities of practice in academic environments. |
