workshop explored the process of peer coaching,
including an actual demonstration with a UI design
class. Peer coaching involves pre-class orientation,
classroom observation, and post-class dialogue
targeted to areas of special interest to the instructor.

Identifying characteristics of a quality assessment system that provides feedback teaching performance. | |
Applying peer coaching tools to structure observations and reporting from an actual peer coaching session. | |
Establishing a network of faculty from across campus who are interested in receiving and giving quality feedback to one another on classroom performance. |
