Weekly mentor meetings combine training and classroom
preparation. The need for improved mentoring skills naturally arises from
classroom practice, which necessarily follows classroom preparation. In
this way, we iteratively both sharpen skills and prepare for class.
The diagram below shows a “typical” training and
preparation meeting. We have used many similar variations.
