A few peer-reviewers have suggested that UITAR graphene paper is amorphous carbon (a-C). Our photographs suggest differently. See this photograph of amorphous carbon from this vendor. In general, I have yet to see an example of a-C in the literature or on the web that has extremely flat features and layered morphology. On the other hand, there are many instances of graphene paper's that have these characteristics.
