Research interests:
Discrete and combinatorial geometry. Problems of particular interest to me
involve colorings of the plane, inscribing figures, and combinatorial
questions about finite point configurations.
Some recent work:
General interest:
- Using mathematics to approach big questions
-- a talk on the philosophical implications
of modern mathematics I prepared for the UI Interdisciplinary Colloquium
-
That which surpasses all understanding
-- a reworking of the ideas in the above talk from the perspective of Mormon theology, and published in Diaglogue: a Journal of Mormon Thought.
- The Inscribed
