We all pass through the immense changes of puberty.  Our bodies change, our voices change, our self images change, expectations upon us change, opportunities and challenges change.  Think about your past as you encountered this important time of transition.  Did you get all the information/ education you needed?  Was the information helpful/ adequate/ relevant?  What did you need that you received?  What did you not receive that you needed, if anything?  How did you manage to get through this period in your life and what might you offer your own kids (if/ when you have them) to support this phase of development?
