About Us"The goal of many leaders is to get people to think more highly of the leader. The goal of a great leader is to help people to think more highly of themselves." J. Carla Nortcut The Purpose of this learning experience:Is to create an environment to aid you in your quest to become a servant leader. What are the traits, the gifts, and the mission of the individuals who are servant leaders? What makes an individual worthy of being called a servant leader? The answer lies in you. The Objectives of this Servant Leadership Learning Experience are:1. To provide a rationale for the development of a servant leadership philosophy as a coach . 2. To inspire and challenge thinking that is directed toward servant leadership in coaching. 3. To become knowledgeable in literature and language of servant leadership. 4. To assess one's personal qualities in the quest for servant leadership. Expectations for this Learning Experience are:Eleven lessons (including one assessment per each lesson) and a pre and post test. Each assignment has a purpose; a perspective; specific readings; a video; multiple choice questions to answer; and an evaluation to complete.
