There is no required textbook for this course. Information in the form of reference textbooks (on reserve), web site references to short articles, extension publications, and government bulletins will provide material to be used as reference material. This information will be either handed out in class or it will be available from the web site.

Most of our material will come from recent research and extension

publications.  Other good sources of information on Dairy Science in
