MASS OF A QUARTER

The mass of a US quarter is reported to be m = 5.67 g.  

More important is the the way to find the mass.  One method is to weigh one or more quarters.  Another method is to search on the web.  Using this later method, an enterprising student found the mass on the website for the United States Government Mint: www.usmint.gov.
