Instructions

Submit the homework for this lesson through Blackboard. This is an open book, unlimited time, individual effort, graded exercise.  Due by 12 noon (PT), three full days after the Lecture scheduled delivery. 

How to Submit Your Homework

1. Log in to Blackboard and go to the FoodTOX course.
2. Go to the Assessments area.
3. Choose the Homework for this lecture.
4. Save each answer as you take the quiz.
5. Press the Finish button to finish the test.
6. Press the View Results button to see how you did.
