Lesson 2: History of Substance Abuse Prevention
Introduction

Substance AbuseThis section provides a brief history of prevention efforts to date, including early attempts to regulate and control psychoactive substance availability and use, what drove these efforts and why they were not particularly effective.  In addition, it will cover more recent efforts and what we have learned from them.

After completing this lesson you should understand / be able to
