Once we have attracted a quality workforce to our organization through recruitment, selection, and proper orientation, we want to develop that individual into an employee that not only performs well at his/her job but one who gains new skills and abilities – one who can grow into new responsibilities and opportunities along with our organization. To accomplish this, we need to discuss the Training and Development process as well as that of Performance Appraisal, the topics of the current module.
