  1. Facilitated more than 200 faculty development institutes since 1991, including 3-day teaching institutes, curriculum design institutes, program assessment institutes, and learning-to-learn camps.

  2. Author of faculty resources such as: Teaching Institute Handbook, Curriculum Design Handbook, and Program Assessment Handbook, as well as student texts such as Learning Assessment Journal, and Learning Through Problem Solving.

  3. Collaborated on more than 10 research grants involving technological innovations, curriculum reform, science and engineering reform, and new educational approaches to advance student success.
