Psychology Peer Advisors
Welcome!

Peer advisors are junior and senior psychology majors who provide academic advising to help undergraduate students make informed, independent decisions about their academic plans. If you have declared or are considering a major or minor in psychology, peer advisors are available to:

  • •Explain the requirements of the general education curriculum, the B.A. and B.S. degrees in CLASS (College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences), and the psychology major and minor

  • •Help you read and understand your degree audit

  • •Assist with planning your coursework and creating a class schedule

  • •Provide resources for learning about careers for psychology majors and graduate education in psychology

  • •Recommend other campus resources that can help you develop and achieve academic and personal goals
Office Hours:

Peer advisors are available for drop-in advising (no appointments needed) the first week of each semester through the last week of classes. The peer advising office is closed during finals week, holidays, and academic breaks.
