Section Overview
Operant psychology has significantly contributed too many fields of
Psychology. Currently, operant techniques are used in clinical and hospital
settings, business, education, and many other fields. This section
introduces you to this area and its most predominant advocate, B. F.
Skinner. Since there is a considerable amount of material to review, in
addition to the lecture modules, I have included two modules that
correspond to the book chapters. Use them to help you in your studying.
