Lesson 4.1: Operant Conditioning/Appetitive Conditioning
Introduction:

Chocolate Chip Cookies   Appetitive Conditioning is an extremely important concept. Frankly, it is a major way that organisms learn.  When systematically used, it has fewer side effects than punishment procedures. This section reviews the concepts of reinforcement and variables that influence the procedure. Pay close attention to the concepts and think how you might use them in your life.

After completing this lesson you should understand / be able to:
