toward the new experimental procedures and the use of equipment
Excellent communication
skills (especially technical writing)

Post-Docs:
Postdoctoral candidates are
welcome to apply but only after they secure their own funds for cost
of living coverage (salaries). Those who are awarded fellowships, or
funds to travel abroad for further specialization, are the primary candidates
for admittance consideration. Under such arrangement, the experimental
research costs will be covered by the laboratory.
